It is suitable for all ages as each case is tailored to suit the individual. There is a detailed analysis of findings determined through extensive history taking, and a whole musculoskeletal assessment.

Conditions that benefit from Physical Therapy are:

What to expect on your first session:

  • The therapist will then summarise his findings and outline his treatment goals before beginning any soft-tissue techniques.
  • Questions are welcomed at any time.
  • The therapy can feel strong to vigorous but not overly painful and the therapist will ask for feedback throughout the session so as to minimise any discomfort.
  • At the end of the session home advice and exercises may be given and any questions you have will be answered.

Note:A tracksuit should be worn but you may need to remove it for treatment purposes.
